Overview
In 2022, I worked as a 3D artist with the wonderful team at REVELATOR Studio on an animation production for TruPlay. The project involved creating a short children’s 3D animation.↗
Role and Contributions
First film: Using concept art provided by the studio, I was responsible for 3D modeling and texturing environment assets. Due to the quality of my work, I was also tasked with creating some hero assets.
Second film: I primarily focused on modeling and sculpting environments. Additionally, I was entrusted with modeling and texturing the hero ship asset. I also improved the topology of existing models to enhance performance and deformations during animation.
Outcome
TruPlay was very pleased with the quality of our work, leading to a sequel production within the same year. This project also marked my first professional experience after graduating, allowing me to apply and expand my skills in a real-world setting.
